Nublicity, was founded in 2016 with the core mission of providing industry leading IT Support, focused around customer service and relations. We provide the familiarity on an in-house IT staff, with the cost savings of a managed service provider. Nublicity has been the choice for some of South Florida’s top Health Care and Legal from its inception, tasked with providing the security and compliance those fields not only need but legally require. Our approach has been to provide a level of support that makes IT an afterthought, while our clients focus on what they do best. Since our inception, our customer retention is at 100%, this is because we treat every client like our only client.
Dean Reynolds
Founder
Technology enthusiast, Dean Reynolds has been engrossed in all things technology from his tender years growing up in Jamaica. Dean graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from FIU with a specialization in communications. Dean then started working as a Network Administration, taking a keen interest in VoIP and virtualization.
Dean has been a technology professional now for over 15 years, tasked with providing his clients with up to date technology that will provide tremendous benefit to their bottom line, by increasing productivity with the cost savings from outsourcing your IT Department.
Together with his vast knowledge and customer centric approach, he has built a great reputation in the South Florida technology sphere where his goal is provide enterprise level technology not only to his Enterprise customers but also to support small and medium size businesses, a feat that wasn’t possible 10 years ago.
Sam Debrosse
Founder
Sam Debrosse’s passion for computers began in high school, where he shared one desktop PC among 4 teenage students. On several occasions the PC would not work due to viruses and hardware failures, but he persevered to fix it.
Sam graduated with a degree in networking and communications from Devry University. Whether if he is setting up a complex cloud infrastructure or simply trouble shooting a computer issue, he enjoys every moment of it.
Sam has over 14 years of technical experience and customer service. He specializes in cloud virtualization, and managing enterprise network systems. When Sam helped start Nublicity in early 2016, his vision is to provide the best support to their customers and establish Nublicity as a major IT Consulting firm.
